In 2004, he founded CAPLUCK Inc. (Cap60), focusing on streamlining data systems for government and nonprofit organizations. Under his guidance, Cap60 became a leading provider of data management systems, serving clients across 40 states and being recognized as the largest provider of services to nonprofit organizations in the U.S.
In 2016, Hamid shifted to the legal tech industry, founding Legal Soft Inc. to redefine law firm operations. Initially serving local firms, Legal Soft has expanded to assist firms nationwide in personal injury, employment law, immigration, and business law.
Hamid has facilitated over 100% growth for numerous firms, allowing them to scale into multi-state, multi-practice operations, tuning their operations, and utilizing legal tech and automation to streamline their case intake and management.
